  1. 1. Use the sand paper with mesh 600 to polish the surface of the acrylic sheet that will be bonded, then clean the surface with acetone solvent if necessary. Make sure both cementing sides are clean without dust or oil, otherwise the cementing effect will be impacted.

  2. 2. Open the bottle, and no need to stir the adhesive. If stir, it will cause the bubbles and may cause flaws on the gluing side.

  3. 3. Brush/coat the acrylic adhesive to one or two both surfaces that will be cemented. (For Uvalam#40, it needs to mix A and B at ratio 20:1 before brushing or coating).

    4. If cement is applied to one surface, bring the two surface in general contact for several seconds to allow the dry surfaces to be softened, and then assemble the two surfaces together with firm pressure while the surfaces is still wet.

  4. 4. Adsorb the overflowing adhesive if necessary with material with high absorption ability (such as sponge or cloth).

  5. 5. Clamp the assembling acrylics with hands or some special machine in the curing time span to make the adhesive layer handling strength (pre-curing).

Working strength in one hour; Full strength in 24 hours.
