General Description:

Uvalam ACRYLIC #30 is non-flammable, water-thin, very fast setting solvent based Acrylic adhesive for quickly development of high strength, clear bond to many thermoplastic, especially Acrylic and polycarbonate sheet. The bond is achieved by first softening the surface to be joined and the fusing them together with dissipation of the solvent. The initial bond forms within a few minutes and quickly increase the strength. Substantial strength will be obtained in a few hours.

Substrate Recommendation:

Uvalam ACRYLIC #30 is formulated for cementing Acrylic for itself. It will also form strong bonds with other thermoplastics, such as Acrylic, polycarbonate (PC), styrene, butyrate and PETG to themselves. It is not advised to bond cross-linked Acrylic.

Bonding Application Recommendation:

Uvalam ACRYLIC #30 is widely used in sign fabrication, cement letters to Acrylic, butyrate trim-capping of Acrylics, POP industries (e.g. display), fabrication of plastics containers, houseware, bottles and many other applications using the capillary method.
